Our Complaints Process

Contact Support

Email us at support@noirdeck.io with full details of your complaint. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Formal Review

If your complaint is unresolved, request escalation to our complaints team. We will issue a final response within 14 calendar days.

External Resolution

If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to the relevant external body (listed below) depending on the nature of your complaint.
