Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important — Digital Goods Notice

NoirDeck sells digital collectibles. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you waive your 14-day cooling-off right when digital content is delivered to you immediately upon purchase. This waiver is confirmed by a checkbox at checkout before any payment is taken.

1. Digital Content — No Right of Return

When you purchase a card pack on NoirDeck, the digital content (your cards) is delivered to your account immediately. As required by law, you are informed of and consent to the immediate delivery at checkout.

Under Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, once you have given your consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledged the loss of your cancellation right, no refund is owed for change of mind.

This means: opened packs cannot be refunded and cards already in your collection cannot be returned.

2. When We Will Refund

Notwithstanding Section 1, we will always issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

Technical failure: Your payment was charged but no cards were delivered to your account due to a platform error. Contact us within 7 days and we will either deliver the cards or issue a full refund.

Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same purchase. We will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.

Fraudulent transaction: Your payment was made without your authorisation. We will refund in full and assist you in securing your account.

Your statutory rights: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described).

3. Marketplace Transactions

Purchases of cards from other users via the NoirDeck marketplace are peer-to-peer transactions. Once a marketplace purchase is confirmed, the card is transferred immediately and the transaction is final.

If a seller misrepresents a card listing, contact us and we will investigate. We reserve the right to reverse transactions in cases of fraud or significant misrepresentation.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under Section 2, email support@noirdeck.io with:

• Your account email address · The date of the transaction · The Stripe payment reference (found in your purchase confirmation email) · A description of the issue

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account pending investigation. We actively contest fraudulent chargebacks on legitimate digital content deliveries.

If you have a genuine dispute, please contact us first — we will always try to resolve it fairly.
